Mold Remediations, involve containing and disposing of all contaminated materials where applicable following the guidelines established by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), work practices and equipment to be utilized during the remediation procedure and EPA 402-K-01-001 and any/all federal, state and local safety guidelines using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The contaminated area will be wiped down with antimicrobial solutions and the air cleaned using air scrubbers to return your property to pre-loss condition.
Water remediations will also involve containing and disposing of all contaminated materials, where applicable, following the same guidelines as mold remediations, and will also involve collection and removal of all standing water and dehumidification of the areas affected returning your property to pre-loss condition. We strive to address water remediations ASAP, as mold can begin growing within 24 to 48 hours of a water event.
